you could grab a rear from a 99-06 (07 classic) gmt800 they came with factory rear discs but you will need to cut and re weld the spring perches and shock mounts because they are not in the right spots for gmt400s

If you're going to go GMT800 on the brakes, do the whole system in one go. Don't mix and match the brakes.
