Our 91 is a two tone dark cherry red metallic on top, black in the middle and a gold stripe.
Not sure how rare it really is, have seen a few red/black trucks before but it's a cool combo.

@Essayons pretty sure ecsb is longer than rclb, but it doesn't look that way in a picture, rclb looks really long, probably because of the cab, escb always looked like a friendlier truck idk what that means, but yea
you got me thinking about doing that same combo on my 97, which is 303D, but I do like the stainless trim...

'97 only.
Medium Bright Blue Metallic. Bright Blue Medium Metallic.
Something like that.
RPO codes in the glovebox are unreadable.
I just got similar truck, also 97 but with a smashed fender and have been trying to find matching paint color and can't find exact one. RPO code is U303D and original sales sheet states the color is Medium Royal Blue Metallic

Look it up its known as "gold" doesnt even have a fancy name lol

This is it on the fender compared to the usually pewter color on the door and in the sun it looks alot better then in this pic

Yes the "gold" and "silver metallic" trucks do seem to be a lot rarer than the pewter/light autumnwood/silver sand ones.
I had the VIN run on my 99 Burb, and the code 11 pewter paint had a 35% take rate for that year on Suburbans. Over 91,000 built that color.....
But hey, in the music biz, you get a platinum record when you sell a million copies. Gold record is only 500K.

Yea, I've heard of the color being referred to by a couple of different names. Several years ago I posted up the name variations. I can never remember them all off of the top of my head.
It's the paint code that really matters.
