very carefully ... basicly going to have to unbolt it everytime, with the grill off. Once I have it aimed where I want, I can reinstall the grille.

But how are you going to know how to aim it, if it's not on the truck? Are you going to unbolt it, turn it a little, and bolt it back on, and repeat until you're satisfied?
