has anyone tried the under drive pulley set from JET, or any under drive pulley set?

I haven't personally... But unless you like charging issues, harder power steering, and less efficient A/C then I'd keep your factory stuff. Your power gains would be next to nothing anyway. More harm than good in my opinion, especially for anything close to a daily driver.

If you're looking for some extra power I'd consider a decent mail order tune from a reputable organization. A little more money than the pulleys, but you'll actually notice it.
