So my truck has 135k but has never had the fuel filter changed, fuel pump was changed at 60k miles..
So I bought a AC Delco filter and changed it. Truck was running great but I figured it couldn’t hurt to replace the filter.. after I replaced the filter it started running rough.. thought maybe I put it in backwards.. nope, put the old one back on thinking this new one was bad?.. nope.. so I went and got some sea foam and put it in the tank thinking maybe something got threw and got stuck in an injector? Put new filter back on and let it run for a bit, Reved it up a little then the SEL started blinking.. (misfire??) Anyone got any ideas? Scared to drive it to get it scanned..
