power window going down problem

My driver window needs some help going down. When in the fully down position it won't go up with out a good smack to the motor. If it ain't in the fully down position it doesn't have a problem going up and its fast. I was going to replace the motor just makin sure that's what everyone else would do.

I would replace the motor and regulator. The motor bendix is probably ready to crap out.

Where would you buy it from? I was thinking 1aauto but they are around $50 I never bought one not sure if that's a good deal or not.
