Please help with brake lights!!

Hey guys I have a 94 k1500 and my brake lights work when the truck is off, but whenever it's keyed to the on position they stop. But they will still blink, reverse, and running lights illuminate. 3rd brake light never works wethor on or off. Also when I turn on the lights, the rh blinker will stay illuminated on the dash. Any ideas or suggestions?

I have no good idea's, you obviously have a short somewhere, have you changed anything recently? Are there any big bundles of taped up trailer lights or anything under the dash?
