Just grabbed this about a week ago. 95% rust free. Super clean interior. New motor as of 60k miles ago and freshly rebuilt tranny last spring. The PO had receipts documenting all of this work. Runs great!

On to the pics...

This driver's seat fabric is barely even worn. I was surprised by this.

:) I've been pricing them. I'm hoping to do them, carpet, and audio/video at the same time

While washing my truck yesterday I found rust starting along the front of my roof along the windshield. One spot on the driver's side and a small spot on the passenger side :( I guess I've found the first step I'm going to take with this now. I gotta get that fixed before I do anything else so that it doesn't get worse. That's not a good place to find rust. :/

Well first things first. I went to the body shop today to get an estimate on what it'd cost to get the "outside back up to *****". Here's what it needs...

1. bottoms of both doors have rust starting on them so that needs attention
2. the rockers on both side have surface rust
3. the tailgate has a small dent near the handle and paint flaking off
4. the roof has rust at the edge against the windshield (as mentioned in my previous post)

In a couple of weeks I'm supposed to drop the truck off and get that stuff fixed. :waytogo: I figured I need to get that stuff done first so that I can start with a clean slate before doing any mods. Before I drop it off I'm hoping to find the time to go over all the mechanical on it too and see what needs attention. It drives nice so hopefully there's not much **cross fingers**

Took her in for a state inspection today so that I can get her licensed. Needs both upper ball joints and a steering pitman arm. I had assumed this based on how it was driving but it's been so cold and snow lately I haven't been able to check it out myself and definitely not able to do the work myself without a heated shop. This is what I hate about winter :( Should have my truck back tonight, though, and she should drive like a dream when done.
