Oil cooler adapter mount bolts seal

I found some info searching here but can't get back to it. When the motor is reinstalled I want to insure the bolts seal for the adapter. 00120393 was pointed out to be the correct washer. Having a hard time find them for sale as they've been discontinued. Anyone use copper washers instead?

I just posted on another thread about using motorcycle O-ring style banjo bolt seals. Find them in the brake section.

It's a common copper washer, similar to ones used on injectors or brake fittings. Just get one at parts place that's same size / dimensions.

It isn't mandatory to seal tight as it's in the filter boss oil flow area. Whatever feels good is correct.

That'll work too. Paint them with a little aviation gasket sealer.
