I have been a gear jammer fan for sometime now. I also like performance. Right now, I have swapped out my NV3500 MG5 for the NV4500 MW3 and added a Gearvendors for two reasons. One, I have a RCSB with one piece driveshaft. All 2WD have solid yokes in them and where connected to a two piece drive shaft. A C2500/C3500 didn't come in RCSB. They came with ECSB, CCSB, RCLB, ECLB or CCLB. So I needed a solution to this drive shaft issue. I came up with two options, make a two piece drive shaft or add a overdrive system. Two, I was looking for the overdrive system because I was losing mileage with the swapped differential from a 8.5 10bolt 3.08 to a 14 bolt 9.5 3.73. I found the solution with a gearvendors.

I also noticed that the Dodge NV4500 has a larger input shaft and wanted the same strength with mine. I found a company that sells Cryogenic parts. They also have a upgraded larger input shaft that also is Cryogenic treated. They also have the fifth gear backing off issue fixed. This is more common in the Dodge version than the GM.
