newbie questions

This is gonna sound stupid but im looking into lowering my 98 cheyenne k1500. Obviously 4x4. I dont want to do anything too crazy, i just wanna be like 4 in the front and 5 in the rear. Im having trouble finding parts and i need some direction here. Any help is appreciated.

X2! I believe blue95 is a lowered 4x4 as well.

There is nothing stupid about it at all, we have a lowered 2DR 4wd blazer and I am about to lower out 4 DR 4wd Tahoe.

Thanks everyone. Hey i had an 88 4dr 4x4 blazer i lowered. Sold it about a month ago but i love those trucks.

Seems all i can find are shackles, hangers and keys. Anyone have any advice on any companies to avoid or any tips on the install.
