New Member, got a question about the torque converter cover...

Hello everyone! I've been a reader for a while and joined after recently purchasing a '96 Chevy Z71. I was looking the truck over underneath and noticed a hole in the bottom of the torque converter cover. Is there supposed to be a cap for that or is the hole supposed to be there? It's a 4L60E. Thanks!

Inspection/drain hole. Supposed to be there. Both my 60e's have it.
