Need help, no 4th gear or torque converter lockup

I replaced the 4l60e in my 98 GMC Sierra this past weekend with a used one from a 97 s10. The initial test drive i thought everything was working great but as I drove it home and got up to higher speeds I noticed it was not shifting into 4th and had no torque converter lockup. I did install the corvette servo before testing the transmission. My question is did I buy a bad tranny or install the servo wrong or do I have something else wrong? Where should I start? Thanks in advance for any info and help.

Check that servo. Make sure you didn't pinch the outer oring that goes into the cap. That is your 4th gear.
