Need help head lights cut out same time every morning then come back on

I have a 1997 GMC 1500. with 389000 miles

About 15 mins into my drive to work my headlights cut out, the light will come back after about 2 minutes on there own. I still have my power to my amber lights the whole time. I have replaced the switch a few months ago so i think its good. Also replaced the relay as well and it none of it fixed the problem. I don't know where to go from here, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Are any of your headlight connectors melted?
Just a guess, but it sounds like the headlight circuit breaker could be shutting down. If it is, there is a chance the melted connector is drawing high amps.

Thanks for the info. I haven't seen any melted wires but I could have overlooked it. I'll check it out.
