All good points. Tbh the only way i would own a Dmax is if it was a manual transmission. The Allison sucks back too much power out of the engine imo

Word. Also doing injectors every 100k sucks.

Thanks all. I really had no interest in a hot rod square body to begin with. I had an '87 Sierra on 38" Boggers and was looking for a cheap DD. A bargain 350 fell in my lap, and the surface rust was growing on me (and not in a good way). The only logical choice was to build it right, since half-azzing things isn't my style
