Motor build with 083 heads

Hey guys I am about to build a 400sbc for my 88. The build is gonna be on the cheap.
And was gonna use a set of 083 heads. What power levels can I expected from these?
9.0:1 compression xe268 comp cam dual plans intake 625 cfm carb. Headers dual exhaust.

~330 may 350 hp but alot of torque. Years ago Hotrod magazine used those heads and cam on a smogger 350. Came out to 320 hp. Then swapped to Vortecs and made 375 hp.

Ok cool 330-350 I can live with that. It's a truck motor after all. Do you think the heads can give me 450-500 in torque .

I think at 9.5:1 you should be able to make a solid 450 ft/lbs. If you can get your hands on them go with tri-y headers if you are looking for torque.
