I think you'd be money ahead with a tune, unless you can find some good 19lb injectors really cheap.

I've got a tune so I have lifetime tunes but i dunno how much good a mail order tune will be in this case. Does he give a discount if I ask for the data logging mail order tune?

Changing the fueling tables to match the injectors shouldn't be am issue, as long as they are a common injector with the data readily available. Tuning for the new intake will be harder, and probably will require some data logging to perfect. Ideally, that is.
