When I do the work on the 1990 K2500, I would like to do a "Build Thread". At the Tahoe/Yukon Forum we have an "Under Construction" thread where work like that is featured. Don't have that here. I don't know whether to post pics and info, in "Garage" or "Member's Photos".
Ya....it's a bit confusing where to post sometimes. There is also that what did you do today thread.
Start a build thread when it's time, and chuck it ALL in there, and then sprinkle the other threads with a few pics here and there to draw people to your build thread.

Sorry, I don't see a "what did you do today" thread, in the list of forums.

I lurked for about a year before joining. Finally overcame a 25+ year
avoidance in joining any car-related forum, thanks to repeated emphasis in
here on a (shared) troubleshooting philosophy vs. just chucking parts at
the problem du jour.

Just the ability to see/study all the shared photos made me realize (with
20/20 hindsight) that I shouldn't have waited to join once I figured out that
the Experienced Ones hung out here.

This place has a positive vibe that is present when the folks involved have
accomplished enough that they don't have to prove anything to anyone...and
therefore are able to leave the counterproductive 'pecking order drama' at the door.

In other words, the Signal / Noise ratio is this forum is the best seen to date.

It's a pleasure hanging out with fellow enthusiasts of this caliber.

Sincere thanks.

Cheers --
