Going to be ordering Hooker Long Tube Headers on my 1995 Suburban C2500 5.7 soon. Was wondering if there were any hidden tips I should know while installing them.
- Tons of PB Blaster to free the nuts and studs...
- Do you have to install from underneath or can they drop in through the top?
- I read somewhere that I may have to cut a bracket on the drivers side?
- Will likely replace my engine mounts to avoid crossmember clearance issues (already replaced trans mount).
- Anything else?
