Found a New Old Stock GM air filter box so I went back to the factory air intake. I think it looks better for the style of the truck.
The "air raid" intake looked dated to me & the oval hole in the side of the fender bugged me.

Still have to clean the engine bay back up from the mess during the air ride install.

I saw these panels from LS fabrication on Instagram that are for the front fender wells when you don’t run inner fenders. My lightbulb went off about making them fit the rear to clean up the opening and also hide the air compressors a little more.

With some light modifications they worked out well.

So Cal
Some really cool touches.

I looked at the LS site and saw you can bolt or weld those in. How did you fasten yours?

Forgot to share some pics from the truck at the Tulsa Starbird Show a couple weeks ago.

Got my seat & door panel inserts recovered & a new black billet steering wheel.

I still plan to do a complete color change on the interior someday but this stepped it up a notch and incorporated some more black into the interior.

Interior looks great, man. I see the odometer... is that original mileage?
