I'm Awesome
I have a different set of rims and mud tires for my truck to go mudding in and my truck has a 3/5 drop. Not a dually tho just a C1500.

"Limited" tire choices is an understatement! 225/70/19.5 is shortest I'm aware of and that's a standard size tire on most GMT400-era 3500HD's, F450's, and more. At 32" tall and change.. they're a challenge for anything lowered at all. The only other options I'm aware of in 19.5 are 245/70/19.5 (even taller/wider), and the old spec 8R19.5 which you'd see a lot on old RV's, skinny, but tall.19.5's on a lowered square. I've dropped the back a bit more since this picture, but you get the point. It's as low as I can get it without tubbing the front because of limited tire choices.
