Janky tail light wiring

Discovered this janky tail light wiring on my truck. Do these 4 wires in the one picture look like the correct originals to fix it back to stock?

That's the left light?
The colors are as follows:
Yellow is brake and turn signal
Black is ground
Green is reverse
Brown is running lights

Now you'll need to splice the connector pigtail back in, and get the circuit boards reinstalled.
