Is this from too much t-bar cranking?

my shock mount broke out of the lca on my 96 and it was stock height 2wd and I don't even live in the rust prone states :shrug:

I think the rule is no more than 2 or 3 boots touching and you're good.

well if im good then my torsion bars must be SHOT! They are cranked in as far as the bolt will go... That is not my doing just so were clear

Hm, alright well then its probably a combination of things.. Its been broken for a while now judging by the rust so im just gonna get it back on the A arm and weld it up nice and solid

don't take my word for it, I don't even have 4wd.... just what I remember hearing...

Tbar cranking won't cause that because your droop stops should limit the travel before your shock is the limiting factor.
