Is 5.5" and 6" backspacing good?

I'm looking to get the following on a 1998 RCSB with either a 4/6 or 5/7 drop. Installing drop soon.
20x8.5 with 5.5" backspacing
20x10 with 6" backspacing

Pictures of wheels will be on next post...

I read that you can fit 295 65 15s on the rear with 15x10s with a 6 inch backspacing, but have to trim the lip of the wheel opening. the fronts should be good though from what i've seen

Thanks for the quick reply. I'm sure the 6.25" BS would work even better, but I also want to have a decent size lip to pull off this look correctly.

Also, what is the maximum backspacing for our trucks before hitting suspension components? I thought I read somewhere that it was 6.25" or 6.5" on a 10" wheel.
