I’ve done the throttle body blade upgrade, I acquired one from the junkyard to modify in case I messed up... it’s a good mod in my opinion, especially since it’s a great time to thoroughly clean the throttle body and sensors.

Personally, I like the upgrade. It makes the throttle response more sensitive, which I like since I’m used to it with my Jeep and Corvette... it has a crisp response, even at cruising speed. And when I do stay out of the throttle, it does save on gas better...
