Installing a leer cap on a stepside

I know this is an old thread but does anyone know where I can find one of these stepside caps

All I can say is keep looking. I just found one after about 6 months. I was just looking local in Western NC. I am now looking for the clamps. If I cannot find any I will bolt it on. Good luck with your search. I also only looked on FaceBook Marketplace.

Few and far between seeing as these trucks ceased production 24 years ago.

Ebay or craigslist or junkyards. Put out feelers on the internets. Who knows...

I have the cap, now looking for clamps so I don't have to drill holes in anything. I am calling Leer & ARE dealers near me today. But I don't have high hopes that they will have them. Maybe someone on here has some they would be willing to sell?
