I need help with my 1996 Silverado Fog lights

I got a lower valance for it yesterday and it has holes for the tow hooks and I was wondering if anyone knows if I can put fog lights instead of the hooks ??? If so how do i do it ?

If I recall correctly there are three different valences available. One solid, one with tow hook holes, and one with fog light holes. Not saying you can't put something there, but the holes are different than the OEM fog light holes.

I've seen people put this style in place of the foglights, but since they aren't OEM you have to build brackets yourself.
