How To Put LEDs in Moonie Gauges

in my 96 they would dim but they won't dim in my 90... I believe it just depends on the leds

194 style bulbs....

and if your not going to cut the green backing out you pretty much limit yourself to green or blue


but if you cut the backing you could put pretty much any color you like

Thanks, my wife loves the green gauges so I'll keep it green. I think I'll have problems reading the odometer with green LEDs so im gonna stick with white LEDs. What brand led did you used to keep the dimmer function?

Got leds from superbright in my 89.......they wont dim,its either on/off......kinda sucks

man it's a crap shoot.... on dimming or not I don't think brand really matters it seems sometimes they do and sometimes they don't

ahh i hate playing Russian roulette with electronics lol. if all else fails i can use some leds for my corner light mod (when i get around to it)
