horn problems

my horn when it is plugged in will honk without pushing the "horn" on the steering wheel...fuses are good...is there something other than rewiring that could fix this...

it has been a while since i looked in there but isn't it two metal pieces that touch to complete the circuit or something like that??? if so, you could try to tweek them so they don't make contact as easy. that seems the most logical and easiest to me
