The new to me 98 has 288k on it, highest mile one I've had for sure. No indication that the motor is not original. Trans shifts too good to be original IMO though.

When I got mine, it had 194,670 miles on the clock. When I parked it for the complete rebuild, it has 199,994 miles on it.

Since the thread is dug up we might as well use it.

Mine is just now around 227,000 miles I think. I drive it once or twice a week now. I now use Brad Penn oil because it's cheaper and a cheaper grade Baldwin filter.

You can tell you are on a GM forum when people consider 300,000 being high mileage.

I could care less about mileage, on my own vehicles. I won't usually buy a vehicle with more than 200K on the clock, unless I know its been meticulously taken care of, had a recent rebuild, or is cheap enough to justify a rebuild immediately.

187K on the clock on the Burb.

I just rolled over 96,000... lol

But the last time I was in my Dad's W/T it was somewhere around 296,000ish. With the exception of a few things (fuel pump, alternator, water pump, etc) no major drive train parts have ever been replaced.

216k on the Yukon. It's on it's second engine, and to my knowledge, it's first transmission by God's grace.
