yeah parts that are rust free go for a premium around here but not that bad.

I just bought a rust free 6.5 foot bed for $100 at a damn scrap yard of all places. Practically in like new condition other than a few scratches.

Well, not gonna lie, around here, boxes like that go for about that price... 500$ gives you a good bed floor and decent sides! Their is even companies that go south to pick up bed, gas tanks, cabs, pretty much anything. They want around 1500$ for a box, 400$ for a good tail gate, 500-600 for a good door....
