Help with brake lights

Hey guys, back to ask for help about my problem child. With the ignition on, my brake lights don't work, but all other tail light functions work like normal. With the key out of the ignition they all work. Also with the lights on the right turn signal indicator stays illuminated. Ivery blown my courtesy fuse 3x now and neither my wipers nor my bed light work. This is a 94 z71 ext cab.

Check the junction point in the wiring back by the tailgate under the bed for damage or corrosion at the plug. Where your trailer wiring plugs in if you have any.
