heater core?

truck doesnt blow heat
felt down under passenger side, seems to got hot, both hoses seemed hot, could it be something else, or do i just need to change to find out

Blend door actuator, more than likely. If the blend door doesn't work properly, you won't ever get heat no matter how hot the heater core gets.

Yeah, it'll require some under dash work to get to it. I haven't done one in ages so I can't remember exactly where it is located, and if you have to pull the dash to get to it. Once you get to it you can turn the knob if see if the shaft is moving. If not, check the power wire to see if it's getting a signal from the control head, but it is more likely that the actuator failed. Just order a new one and replace.
