Headlights issue

I have a 94 been having issues with the headlights and driver side brake light…. Need some assistance !!!

So passenger light stays yellow but it blinks
Diver side when engaged stays yellow but doesn’t blink

Usually if one side stays on it means it has a burnt bulb on that side. Video does not work. Make sure your emergency flasher isnt on
