Right headlight blinks instead of parking lights and is very underpowered

This is a picture of the underpowered headlight, but the turn signal only work if the headlight is on and doesnt blink the signal lights except the side marker. Also the right headlight seems very weak and there is hyperflash

Clean ALL of the grounds in the head light harness, and clean ALL of the terminals.

I'd guess the passenger side ground for the headlight harness is either broken or loose.
