headlight issue

Hey guys hows it going i am in the need of help on my 89 ck 1500 its a 4wd single cab step side and its my project but i have ran into the problem of where i dont have any power going to my headlights or to the headlight fuse so if i dont have power going to the fuse what could the issue be?
