have a problem when i step on the brake it blows the led bulb?

i tried to put led bulbs as my brake/running light and when i push on the brake it blows the light.does anyone have this problem?if so is there a fix or you just cant use them

Did you put LED bulbs in your tails? Or 3rd brake light?

its a 99 obs tahoe.and i put them in my tails.
