Hard 1-2 shift

So I am new to these trucks just bought a 95 GMC 1500 4x4. Truck has 228000kms and transmission probably hasn't been touched but the truck has been taken care of.

Anyway it has a hard slamming 1-2 shift and all other shifts seem very smooth .It also seems to hold 1st a little longer than it should. Most research i did pointed to the 1-2 shift accumulator so i replaced it with a pinless model. No go it still has a hard 1-2. It seems to be mainly when the transmission is cold, when hot it firm but not harsh like when it's cold. Also the two accumulator springs, neighter was broken but the inner one seems to be shorter and loose, is this normal?

Any ideas where i go next with this?

Just an update after reading a few other threads I tried shifting manually from 1 to 2 and it still shifted really hard. Any thoughts?

Still no comments? Anyway today I tried a new throttle position sensor and that seems to have fixed it!
