Guess my lift

I just bought this truck. I can't tell if its leveled or lifted. The tires are 33125020 for reference.

I'm thinking it's just been cranked level. The tires fill the wheel wells too much to be a lift. But I could be wrong

I'm leaning towards keys. I want to put stock keys and smaller tires.
