This is my 1998 Sierra. Not much don't other than cosmetic work, and mandatory fixes. The grill was on when I purchased it, blue grill lights, red dash cluster, red interior LEDs, LED switchbacks for front blinkers, HID low and high beams, tinted headlights. Has a new transmission because mine went out, new brakes and a host of other small things that have been replaced. Mass Air Flow, Camshaft, Position Sensor, and some others i forgot. Plan to get paint soon, and eventually make it faster, once I get a second vehicle. If anyone knows of a good place to go for paint in OKC I'd like to know. Thanks
