Gauge cluster problems, every light on the dash blinking

I have a 1995 C1500/Silverado, right now its torn down for paint and when I started it earlier I hit the blinker and apparently when you turn the blinker on, the gauge lights and climate control lights flash with it, and when you turn the lights on the right blinker light it stuck on and not blinking. I know that its blinking fast because the tail lights are not installed right now, but all the other bulbs are. Also I have a '99/'00 Escalade Cluster installed in the truck, and a video of the problem is linked below.

If you have the truck taken apart you likely have some grounds loose, depends on how far you tore it down. I wouldn't worry until you put it back together.

Only things off are the lights, door panels, mirrors, bumpers, grille, and the hood

Well I unhooked the battery and hooked it back up and the problem is gone, so is the no spark issue I was having.

Resolved yet? I'm having that problem right now. I've read that rusted trailer connections can do this. I'm going to check when I get home.
