Finally got a chance to get back to work on it. Ran a hot wire to all the terminals seperately and pump still wouldn't kick on. Also checked for grounds in any of the wires and no ground either I checked along the frame axle and still no ground whatsoever. Also discovered truck has no spark whatsoever as well. Traced the harness the best I could and dont see anything wrong as well as any ground straps. Kinda stumped any more suggestions?

Well as far as the pump goes, if you have the ground hooked up to the frame and you ran a hot wire staight from the battery to the pump and it doesn't kick on then you have a problem right there at the fuel sender either in the wiring or the pump itself.
