I'll go buy another set of push rods. How should I adjust the valves? Also I got a new cam. It's very mild but I was told I might need some shorter push rods. Is this true? Pictured is my cam.Dude, you have the valves adjusted way too tight.
And now it's bending pushrods again

That's the exact way I did it.. I must be doing something wrong. I didn't even add the extra 1/2 turn.
Get #1 to Top Dead Center
Exh.- 1 – 3 – 4 -8
Int.- 1- 2 – 5 - 7
Get #6 to Top Dead Center
Exh.- 2 – 5 – 6 – 7
Int.- 3 – 4- 6 - 8
Adjust until pushrod will not bounce between the lifter and rocker arm then add 1/2 turn to preload the lifters. Done!
You will only turn the engine 2 times. TDC #1 and TDC #6

Yup. The thing is, if I do the bounce method, the same time it quits bouncing, it quits spinning.Including bouncing the push rod? I can't do them properly doing the rotate the push rod method.

Use this method. You're doing it wrong.
New cam? Is it in the engine already? With new lifters? With new springs? DI'd you lube it up right?
