Found a smoking deal on a recently rebuilt T-56. The only problem is that it’s coming from an LS1 not an LT1.
How big of a pain is it to mate the LS t-56 to an SBC with a two piece rear main? Would it just be smarter/cheaper/easier to wait and find one from an LT1?
The guy only wants $1200 for it. Includes the LS bell housing an a short throw shifter. Shifter may not even be useable because of the need to relocate the shifter anyways.
