Flowtech Headers

Just got my Flowtech headers in the mail. Mid length.
Cant wait to mount them up! But both headers have these these threaded holes in the front of them.
I also wanted to paint them flat black with header paint. Can i paint them before i mount them or do i have to break them in and burn off the factory coating?

This is on both headers. And i have no idea what they're for. I was wondering if i can just plug them up. would a bolt and some JB weld work?

those might be for air injection.

Egr, I would sand blast and then paint and wrap them. Or give them to me.....

Does my truck even have an EGR valve? i looked all over for it but i cant find it lmao.

Unless it's been deleted, the valve itself should be on the back side of the intake to the right if the coil. Does your truck have stock cast iron manifolds?

yeah its got cast iron manifolds on it right now. i didnt find the egr threaded into them.
