Filler pipe questions

The filler pipe on my truck is getting rusted so was thinking of picking a new one up and replacing it, there are what looks to be two rubber hoses from the gas tank going to it, are those hoses just rubber? Thinking of replacing them too, cause the hose clamps on the fuel filler end aren't looking too good since I have to take those off why not replace the hoses too lol

Theu are vapor hoses and need to be replaced with the same. As long as its rated for fuel vapor it will be fine.

Thanks, wasn't sure if it was a metal hose wrapped in rubber or what
