Recently acquire my '94 GMC ECSB - SLE fleetside. All Cali truck w/ 130k mi, 305cubic inches, 4l60, and 3.08 rear end.
Body is pretty clean, though the 30 year old GM paint is a little worse for wear.

Will need headliner, muffler, upper/lower control arms, new tires for sure.
Had low mileage Definity A/T tires (PepBoys), and despite the excellent tread these had MFR date of 2011. :(
Weird issue with cooling - I'm still chasing some darned leak with the coolant system (have replaced the rad, upper/lower rad hoses, cap).
Time to take the crowbar to the wallet and fire off the parts cannon.

No stranger to spinning a wrench, but mostly do that on dualsport bikes, where if you've had your wheaties you can pick up the complete motor by your ownself.
Anyway, here's the picture taxes as a newb here.

Tanks for the warm welcome! Happy to be here ...

I've copied down the oem service manuals - thank you very much!
And our friends at Rockauto have definitely helped put a dent in the creditcard, LOL.

Plans are to reset all the maintenance and use it as a reliable daily. Have a small off-grid cabin that needs fixup, so she'll be expected to haul occasional sheetrock/plywood and other home fixins.

I did change the plugs and none of the old ones looked like they'd been steam cleaned. Also the test kit showed no combustion gases coming from the radiator (whew).
I'll start a new thread for chasing down that coolant leak.
