Extra Seatbelt up front?

I'd like my truck to be used to dump/pickup stuff, but would also like to be able to use it to move my 3 and 7 year old and wife in an emergency. I think most States say that I can pick and choose who gets buckled and who doesn't in an emergency but I'd like to see if I can get an extra set of buckles in the middle.

Has anyone does this? Again this is for an emergency only.

im sure you could make some fit, just get some of the seat belts for like a hot rod

I have had my twin 9 year olds in the middle belt together once. Shhhh, dont tell anyone! I had a lot of people in the truck at one time. Usually it's just me in an extended cab! I like my space
