This is really looking good!!

Side note, The little side air vent on the left side of the firewall, anyone know if its needed? The would help really clean the fire wall up.

I worked mine over the years, it started out when I rebuilt the motor, clean it all paint the motor, and then I painted it all black, didn't last and didn't work out. So i decided to redo it and added some chrome, removed some stuff, reloacted etc. Then I finally broke down and painted it all underhod with single stage automotive paint in spray cans mixed at the body shop to match the blue metallic I plan to do the entire truck in, I just removed the fenders, inner and outer, wiper motor etc. then cleaned, sanded, painted just like anything else.

Of course I went a few steps further removing things, smoothing etc.
