Is there such a thing? I have a scan tool and I don't see anything.

So I have about 100 miles on the suburban that I just bought and the check engine light is on. Yep, P0141. I'm wondering if the PO reset the ECU before I got there so everything looked good. The guy I bought it from owns a fair-sized classic car/hotrod shop and seemed pretty decent. It's really fishy that about 100 miles and 7-8 restart/cool downs after purchase, the light comes on.

I know, I should have checked it with the laptop before buying....

So I found out. There are a couple of useful codes for my problem above:

PID$30 - Warm-ups since codes cleared
PID$31 - Distance traveled since codes cleared

Unfortunately, GM doesn't provide these as part of their Mode1 OBD2. The only PIDs it provides are:

01, 03, 04, 05, 06, 07, 08, 09, 0B, 0C, 0D, 0E, 0F, 10, 11, 13, 14, 15, 18, 19, 1C, 1E

You may look them up here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/OBD-II_PIDs#Mode_1_PID_00
